At mealMAKERS^SM, we take our responsibility to provide you a clean, safe place to prepare your family meals very seriously, and we follow a very strict set of rules. Thus, we would like to ask you to pledge to follow some of these rules as well.

I agree to:

• Wash my hands carefully before beginning to cook and after using the bathroom.
• Use the hand sanitizer and fresh plastic gloves set out at each station.
• Not attend a cooking session when I have a contagious illness.
• Not smoke in the mealMAKERS^SM store.
• Drink alcohol responsibly, if it is available.
• Use the cooking labels contained in the left-hand drawer of each station and strictly follow the cooking instructions.
• Follow the Home Freezing/Thawing Instructions, which I acknowledge I have received.
• Bring only children of school age or older and to supervise my children at all times.

I understand that:

• I cannot switch my menu choices without giving mealMAKERS^SM 48 hours notice.
• I cannot leave my prepared meals in my car but must take them home to my refrigerator immediately.
• Failure to thoroughly cook food according to directions can result in food-borne illness.
• I should try to give mealMAKERS^SM 24-hours notice if I must cancel my reservation for a session.
