Cooking Instructions
Completely thaw entrée: refer to “Home Freezing/Thawing Instructions” available in store and online. Remove pork chops from freezer bag. One at a time place pork chops into flour bag and shake or turn to coat pork with flour. In a large skillet melt butter from small bag over medium-high heat. Add pork chops to pan and brown both sides, cooking for about 8-12 minutes total, or until juices run clear. Internal temperature of pork should reach 165° Transfer chops to a plate and keep warm. Add contents of honey pecan bag to the skillet and heat through, stirring constantly. Serve pork chops drizzled with sauce.
